We report the complete genome sequences of three Staphylococcus haemolyticus strains isolated from a mouse fibrotic lung tissue, which exhibit proapoptotic activity on human lung alveolar epithelial cells. The genomes were obtained using a combination of Illumina MiSeq and Oxford Nanopore MinION sequencing.
