Identification of the Signature Genes and Network of Reactive Oxygen Species Related Genes and DNA Repair Genes in Lung Adenocarcinoma

Ye Zhao et al.

Summary: In lung adenocarcinoma, the expression of ROS-related genes and DNA repair genes is closely related to patient survival. Poorer prognosis is observed when both types of genes are expressed concurrently. There is a mutual regulatory relationship between ROS-related genes and DNA repair genes, balancing the cellular environment by regulating ROS levels.
