Bipolar Electrode Array for Multiplexed Detection of Prostate Cancer Biomarkers

Summary: This study presents a microfluidic BPE array chip for multiplex detection of cancer biomarkers. The chip successfully controls the direction of liquid flow through a special channel structure and different sizes of channels with varying flow resistances, enabling rapid and automatic multiplex sampling. The chip exhibits good reproducibility and high sensitivity, and shows excellent performance in real sample analysis.
