Ammonia sensing using MoS2/WO3 composite obtained via top-down approach

Sukhwinder Singh et al.

Summary: This study demonstrates the synthesis of MoS2/WO3 composite using a facile single step probesonication method, with Raman spectra revealing the structural and gas sensing characteristics. The composite showed a relative response of about 70% to 200 ppm of NH3, exhibited higher selectivity towards NH3, and displayed p-type semiconducting properties.
