Summary: The quantum anomalous Hall effect has been realized at elevated temperatures in topological insulator-based heterostructures using the approach of magnetic proximity effect. Large anomalous Hall resistance has been achieved through interface tuning, and coexistence of topological Hall effect-like feature with the anomalous Hall effect has been observed.
