Summary: Immunocompetent patients with pulmonary cryptococcosis were diagnosed at a younger age than immunocompromised patients. The most frequent lesion pattern in PC patients was single nodule. Cavitation was more likely to occur in immunocompromised patients than in immunocompetent patients.
