Summary: This study optimized plant hormone application to achieve better rhizogenesis in eucalypt cuttings using a machine learning approach, reducing human bias in treatment selection. Lowering auxin concentration and increasing exposure duration improved root quality in E. camaldulensis and hybrid varieties, while producing the opposite effect in E. tereticornis clones. Machine learning algorithms can significantly increase treatment selection accuracy and provide optimal results for individual genotypes.
