Highly efficient photocatalytic degradation of chlorpyrifos in aqueous solutions by nano hydroxyapatite modified CFGO/ZnO nanorod composite

The band gap of the photocatalyst was found to be 2.8 eV, with maximum adsorption occurring at pH 3.5. The photocatalytic degradation followed first-order kinetics, with optimum pH for degradation at 3.0. The regeneration and recyclability of the photocatalyst was examined up to five cycles, confirming its relative stability.
