Time-Restricted Feeding during Puberty Ameliorates Adiposity and Prevents Hepatic Steatosis in a Mouse Model of Childhood Obesity

Francesc Ribas-Aulinas et al.

Summary: In this study, two short-term chrono-nutritional interventions were explored in a mouse model of childhood obesity, showing that time-restricted feeding is an effective and feasible nutritional intervention to improve metabolic health, especially hepatic steatosis. These findings suggest new potential for safe and efficient chrono-nutritional interventions to enhance metabolic health in children with overweight/obesity.
