NetCoMi: network construction and comparison for microbiome data in R

Stefanie Peschel et al.

Summary: NetCoMi is an R package that provides a comprehensive computational workflow for constructing, analyzing, and comparing microbial association networks from high-throughput sequencing data. It allows for the construction and analysis of single microbial association networks, quantifying network differences, and comparing the heterogeneity of microbiome samples. The tool can also construct differential networks to assess pairwise taxa associations between two groups.
