Transmembrane protein TMEM119 facilitates the stemness of breast cancer cells by activating Wnt/β-catenin pathway

Ben Yang et al.

Summary: This study investigated the role of TMEM119 in breast cancer progression and found that TMEM119 overexpression is associated with poor survival in patients. Knockdown of TMEM119 reduced stemness marker expression. RNA-sequencing and Co-IP experiments confirmed the relationship between TMEM119 and Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway.
