Summary: In this study, an analysis was conducted on the impact of different welding parameters on the quality of Gas Metal Arc Welding of thin stainless steel tubes. Through destructive testing, it was found that welding voltage is the most influential parameter affecting weld quality, emphasizing its significance in the design of automatic welding processes to enhance final weld quality.
