Tolman IV fluid sphere in f (R, T) gravity

Piyali Bhar et al.

Summary: In this article, we studied the behavior of relativistic spherical objects considering Tolman IV spacetime in modified f (R, T) gravity for uncharged perfect fluid matter. The impact of the coupling parameter beta on the local matter distribution of compact stars was investigated, revealing that higher beta values result in higher sound speed and adiabatic index, while lower mass function values are observed. The obtained solution does not have singularities in density, pressure, and metric functions, indicating that the new stellar model satisfies all physical requirements anticipated in a realistic star.

Modified Renyi Holographic Dark Energy (MRHDE) in f(R, T) Theory of Gravity

J. Bharali et al.

Summary: This study investigates the dynamics of Bianchi type VI0 space-time in the framework of f(R, T) gravity theory with MRHDE, obtaining exact solutions with a specific functional form. The model leads to accelerated expansion of the Universe, behaving like quintessence dark energy with an EOS parameter indicating consistency with recent observations. A correspondence between MRHDE and quintessence dark energy is established, showing late-time cosmic acceleration through reconstructed dynamics of the potential and scalar field.

Cosmological consequences of Renyi, Sharma-Mittal holographic and new agegraphic dark energy models in generalized Rastall gravity

Alok Sardar et al.

Summary: The study explores several holographic dark energy models in the context of generalized Rastall gravity, considering two distinct scale factors to evaluate cosmological quantities and analyze their behaviors graphically. Different models exhibit classically stable and unstable behavior, and the study also identifies thawing/freezing regions in the omega(D)-omega(D)' plane.

Non-minimal coupling inspires the Dirac cosmological model

Summary: The study suggests that in the framework of the generalized Rastall theory, by understanding the G profile, one can determine the non-minimal coupling between energy source and geometry in a way that is compatible with the current accelerated universe.

Quasinormal modes of black holes with non-linear-electrodynamic sources in Rastall gravity

Dhruba Jyoti Gogoi et al.

Summary: The study investigates the effects of non-linear electrodynamic sources on the quasinormal modes of black holes in Rastall gravity, as well as the dependency on the Rastall parameter, black hole structural constant, and black hole charge. Results show significant deviations in the quasinormal modes of black holes with non-linear electrodynamic sources compared to a general charged black hole under certain conditions. Additionally, the behavior of black holes and quasinormal modes vary depending on the type of surrounding field considered.
