Systematic Review of Fatigue in Individuals With Cerebral Palsy

Luca Puce et al.

Summary: This systematic review analyzed literature on fatigue in individuals with cerebral palsy and found that objectively-measured fatigue levels were lower during maximal fatiguing tasks, but higher during submaximal fatiguing tasks. Further research is needed to understand the mechanisms of fatigue in this population and develop effective intervention strategies.

Surface Electromyography Spectral Parameters for the Study of Muscle Fatigue in Swimming

Luca Puce et al.

Summary: The study found that F-med and F-mean are more suitable for measuring fatigue in swimming, while DI is more sensitive. Strong correlation with mechanical fatigue was found for all spectral parameters except for F-mi, and it was strongest for F-med and F-mean.
