Localization and duality for ABJM latitude Wilson loops

The topological line of ABJ(M) theory

Summary: This study examines the one-dimensional topological sector of N = 6 ABJ(M) theory and its relation with the mass-deformed partition function on S-3. By computing the two-point function at two-loop, evidence is provided for the correlation functions of dimension-one topological operators. The results suggest the possibility of localizing the topological sector of ABJ(M) theory and its potential applications in the bootstrap program for 3d SCFTs.

Superconformal Line Defects in 3D

Summary: The recent progress in the study of line defects in three-dimensional Chern-Simons-matter superconformal field theories, notably the ABJM theory, is reviewed. The study is divided into kinematical defects focusing on the topological sector of the theory, and dynamical defects realized as latitude BPS Wilson loops. The fundamental relation between these operators, defect superconformal field theory, and bulk physical quantities is discussed, highlighting the privileged role of BPS Wilson operators as a convergence point for localization, integrability, and conformal bootstrap approaches.
