Summary: This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of BoNT vs. ESWT in reducing spasticity among stroke survivors. The findings revealed that RSW had the highest probability of being the best treatment for spasticity reduction in both short-term and mid-term periods. More prospective trials are needed to validate the role of ESWT in reducing post-stroke spasticity.
