Associations between multiple occupational exposures and sleep problems: Results from the national French Working Conditions survey

Sandrine Bertrais et al.

Summary: Studies have found that almost all psychosocial work exposures are associated with sleep problems, with some gender differences in the exposure-outcome associations. There is a linear association between the number of occupational exposures and sleep problems, suggesting that workplace preventive strategies targeting the work environment comprehensively may be effective in improving sleep among working populations.
