Summary: (Summary in English:) Catheter ablation of ventricular arrhythmias is an effective treatment for secondary arrhythmia prophylaxis, but the risk of major complications and in-hospital mortality is higher in patients with structural heart disease. Risk factors such as ischemic heart disease, epicardial ablation, and use of oral anticoagulation or dual antiplatelet therapy were associated with increased complications and intrahospital death during VA ablation procedures.
