Sharing Indigenous Foods Through Stories and Recipes

Summary: The second National Gathering of the Aboriginal Nutrition Network encouraged participants to submit traditional recipes, resulting in 12 recipes being selected and compiled into a resource for Indigenous food promotion. A survey of 23 ANN recipients found that all were interested in traditional food recipes, and the majority found the recipes easy to follow and relevant to their communities.
