An amplified fluorescent biosensor for Ag plus detection through the hybridization chain reactions

Summary: Silver (Ag) is widely used in human life, but its pollution threatens human health and the environment. A new biosensor based on hybridization signal amplification was designed for efficient, rapid, sensitive, and specific detection of Ag+. The detection limit reached 0.69 pM, providing a promising platform for detecting ultra-low levels of Ag+.
