Improved signal-to-noise-ratio of FET-type gas sensors using body bias control and embedded micro-heater

Summary: This study shows that applying a forward body-to-source junction bias to Si metal-oxide-silicon FET-type gas sensor can significantly reduce noise and increase the signal-to-noise ratio of the sensor, leading to a significant improvement in the detection limit for NO2 gas.
