Summary: The study found that correlates of excessive sedentary time in youth include not participating in sports, lack of sports facilities in the neighborhood, and for older youth, having inactive parents. Correlates of prolonged cell phone screen time include being in the last elementary school years, being female, and having a TV in the bedroom for younger group.
