Summary: This study examined the impact of item order effects on network analysis and prevalence rate in the study of PTSD. The results showed that item order effects significantly influenced the conclusions reached from PTSD network analysis and also affected the prevalence rate. These findings have important implications for diagnosis and clinical treatment.
