In this work, two fresh coordination polymers were synthesized and their treatment activity on clinic infection disease was investigated. The results showed that these coordination polymers can inhibit inflammatory response and bacterial survival gene expression.
In this work, two fresh coordination polymers (CPs), that is, {[Co-4(L)(2)(H2O)(4)(mu(3)-OH)(2)]center dot 3NMP}(n) (1) and {[Co-3(L)(2)(H2O)(2)]center dot Diox}(n) (2) (Diox is 1,4-Dioxane, H3L is 5-(1-(carboxymethyl)pyrazol-3-yl)isophthalic acid, and NMP is N-methyl-2-Pyrrolidoneand) are formed solvothermally with various solvents. Their treatment activity on clinic infection disease was investigated, and the associated mechanism was simultaneously analyzed. The determination of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was finished to detect the inflammatory cytokines content released into plasma under treating through the above CPs. Except for this, the suppression on the expression of bacterial survival gene was examined by utilizing real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.
