Obstacles to food security, food pantry use, and educational success among university students: a mixed methods approach

Summary: This study found significant differences in facing obstacles to healthy eating, food pantry use, and managing dietary and educational needs among university students with different levels of food security. Cost concerns were the main issue for students with very low food security scores, while not problematic for students with high food security scores.
