Mechanical properties of plasma polymer films: a review

Jamerson Carneiro de Oliveira et al.

Summary: Plasma polymers, as micro- or nano-sized coatings deposited on various substrates, offer versatility for scientific and engineering applications. However, empirical observations present challenges for universalization due to the need for comprehensive evaluation of variables in analyzing the mechanical properties of plasma polymer films.
