Summary: This study investigates Airy, cos-Airy, and cosh-Airy beam lasers with optical vortex (OV) and examines their propagation in a strong nonlinear system. The results show that by changing the input power and parameters, the location of the OV can be displaced and nonlinearity plays a crucial role in controlling the direction variation of the beams.

This study optimizes a method for imaging intact 3D brain organoids using an Airy-beam light sheet microscope, allowing for high-resolution examination of internal structures. This approach facilitates the investigation of human neurodevelopment processes in vitro.
