Wavelength-Dependent Nonlinear Absorption in Palladium Nanoparticles

Chunyu Chen et al.

Summary: This study investigated the nonlinear absorption characteristics of palladium nanoparticles at off-resonant wavelengths using a multi-wavelength nanosecond Z-scan technique. The experimental results show that the transition from saturated absorption to reverse saturated absorption depends on both the excitation wavelength and energy. Furthermore, the study observed a shift from saturated absorption to reverse saturated absorption as the excitation energy or wavelength is adjusted, providing valuable insights into the nonlinear absorption behavior of PdNPs.
