A High-Sensitivity SPR Sensor with Bimetal/Silicon/Two-Dimensional Material Structure: A Theoretical Analysis

Summary: This paper presents a theoretical study of a novel Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor using a bimetallic layer and 2D materials, which shows improved sensitivity and figure of merit. The optimized sensor has significantly improved sensitivity compared to traditional SPR sensors, showing great potential in biosensing and other fields.
