Effect of annealing temperature on coercivity of amorphous FeSiBNb films

Yuji Fujiwara et al.

Summary: Amorphous FeSiBNb films with different Nb contents were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering, and the effect of annealing temperature on the magnetic properties was investigated. Annealing at a certain temperature led to a decrease in coercivity to the minimum value, indicating homogenization of internal stress distribution and disappearance of in-plane magnetic anisotropy. The addition of Nb is inferred to increase crystallization temperature and decrease minimum coercivity of the film.

Flexible plasmonic random laser for wearable humidity sensing

Junhua Tong et al.

Summary: The wearable humidity sensor designed based on a flexible plasmonic random laser demonstrates a low-threshold random lasing with the assistance of silver nanoparticles, showing a good linear response. The peak intensity increases significantly as the relative humidity value rises, making it suitable for wearable laser devices.
