Summary: The research team successfully increased the proportion of AlN to YAG:Ce using composite ceramic technology, effectively improving thermal conductivity while maintaining high luminous intensity. This composite ceramic exhibited a thermal conductivity exceeding reported values for Al2O3-YAG:Ce composite ceramics and demonstrated a higher luminous efficacy compared to reported values from composite ceramics.
