Abundant closed-form solitons for time-fractional integro-differential equation in fluid dynamics

Emad A. Az-Zo'bi et al.

Summary: In this paper, several classes of exact analytical solutions for the time-fractional (2 + 1)-dimensional Ito equation are obtained using the Mathematica package. The Kudryashov simple equation approach and its modified form are applied to tackle the equation, resulting in soliton solutions represented by rational, exponential-rational, periodic, and hyperbolic functions with free parameters. Graphical illustrations with specific choices of free constants and different fractional orders are provided for certain acquired solutions, showcasing the efficiency, applicability, and ease of handling of the solution mechanism for nonlinear evolution equations in real-life problems.
