This review article provides an overview of the latest applications of vision-based vibration monitoring in structures and infrastructures, offering insights for engineers and stakeholders interested in contactless monitoring. Through full-scale field tests documented in technical literature, the feasibility and convenience of vision-based monitoring in civil engineering can be evaluated for future monitoring tasks.
