Jiayi He et al.

Summary: In this study, the dielectric and polarization mechanism of BNT-BT-BSTN lead-free relaxors were investigated through B-site modulation. The results showed that substituting with stoichiometric and excessive Nb content can enhance the insulation and resistivity, leading to improved energy-storage density and efficiency at a relatively low electric field. The stability of dielectric and energy-storage performance was also enhanced.

Structure, dielectricity and ferroelectricity measurement of new perovskite ceramics (1-x)BaTiO3-xBiMnO3 synthesized by solid-state reaction

Khushbu K. Rahangdale et al.

Summary: The complex oxide (1-x)BaTiO3-xBiMnO(3) was synthesized by solid-state reaction and characterized for its structure, dielectricity, and ferroelectricity. The composition-dependent change in properties suggests the existence of a morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) at x = 0.5. The oxides show promising characteristics for multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) and device applications, especially in the composition range of x = 0.1 to 0.5.
