Analysis of amorphous tungsten oxide thin films deposited by magnetron sputtering for application in transparent electronics

Micha Mazur et al.

Summary: This paper analyzed the properties of tungsten oxide thin films prepared using the magnetron sputtering method. Changes in the Ar:O-2 gas mixture ratios were found to influence the structural, optical, and electrical properties of the deposited coatings significantly. The results suggest that controlling the gas atmosphere during sputtering can tailor the optoelectronic properties of tungsten oxide thin films, offering potential applications in transparent electronics.

Preparation and Optical Properties of TiO2/SiO2 bilayer antireflection film

Leran Zhao et al.

Summary: The study found that the O-2 flow ratio affected the stoichiometric ratio, phase composition, morphology, and refractive index of TiO2 films deposited on silicon wafers. Increasing O-2 flow ratio led to changes in the film's properties, including an increase in O/Ti molar ratio, formation of anatase phase, enlargement of surface nanoparticles, and a non-linear change in refractive index.
