Electronic structure, electron-phonon coupling, and superconductivity in noncentrosymmetric ThCoC2 from ab initio calculations

Gabriel Kuderowicz et al.

Summary: This study investigates the electronic structure, phonons, and electron-phonon coupling in ThCoC2 without inversion symmetry. The results suggest that the electron-phonon interaction is strong enough to explain superconductivity, but conventional isotropic Eliashberg formalism falls short in describing the properties of the superconducting state.
