Myocardial First-Pass Perfusion With Increased Anatomic Coverage at 3 T Using Autocalibrated Multiband Imaging

Lixian Zou et al.

Summary: Autocalibrated MB + CS-FPP improves the anatomical coverage of myocardial perfusion imaging while maintaining comparable image quality to conventional FPP. This is of great significance for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.

Assessment of Bi-Ventricular and Bi-Atrial Areas Using Four-Chamber Cine Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging: Fully Automated Segmentation with a U-Net Convolutional Neural Network

Hideo Arai et al.

Summary: This study evaluated the use of deep learning based on a U-Net convolutional neural network for fully automated segmentation of the four cardiac chambers in four-chamber cine cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging. The results showed that the automated segmentation method achieved high accuracy and strong agreement with manual segmentation, enabling simultaneous evaluation and detection of enlargement of the cardiac chambers.
