Identification of potent human carbonic anhydrase IX inhibitors: a combination of pharmacophore modeling, 3D-QSAR, virtual screening and molecular dynamics simulations

The AADDR.135 model, with high robustness and good predictive ability, identified 1601 compounds in virtual screening. Molecular docking and dynamics simulations unveiled two unique molecules as potential hCA IX inhibitors with higher binding energies.
