Groundwater Quality Assessment for Irrigation: Case Study in the Blinaja River Basin, Kosovo

Summary: Groundwater quality assessment in the Blinaja river basin was conducted to evaluate its suitability for irrigation of agricultural crops. Water samples were analyzed in the laboratory to calculate water quality indices, such as percentage of Na, SAR, PI, KR, etc., in order to determine its usability for irrigation.
