Rational design of α-Fe2O3 nanocubes supported BiVO4 Z-scheme photocatalyst for photocatalytic degradation of antibiotic under visible light

The study revealed that the formation of a Z-scheme heterojunction between BiVO4 and alpha-Fe2O3 increased the specific surface area and promoted the separation of photoinduced carriers, leading to enhanced photocatalytic performance.
