Risk compensation in HIV PrEP adherence among Black men who have sex with men in HPTN 073 study

Summary: This secondary analysis aimed to examine risk perception and PrEP adherence among Black MSM from HPTN 073. The study found no significant association between risk perception and PrEP adherence, suggesting no risk compensation among PrEP users. Further research is needed to investigate long-term adherence to PrEP among Black MSM.
