In this study, an effective strategy was proposed to fabricate high-performance ionogels with polymer chains dual crosslinked by hydrogen bonding and vinyl hybrid silica nanoparticles. The synthesized dual crosslinked ionogels exhibit excellent stretchability and self-healing ability. A skin-type wearable sensor based on the dual crosslinked ionogel was assembled, which can be attached to a part of the human body to monitor various motions. Besides that, the wearable sensor can also serve as a fever monitor to indicate the human temperature instantaneously offering promising and strong practicability in wearable electronic devices.
