Investigation on multiple-frequency synchronization experiment of vibration system with dual-rotor actuation

Min Zou et al.

Summary: This study focuses on solving the issue of screen mesh blocking caused by identical frequency excitation of vibrating screens. By theoretically deriving and experimentally analyzing the multiple-frequency synchronization of two vibratory motors, the study reveals synchronization conditions and stability criteria between eccentric rotors, and discusses the influence of structural parameters on double-frequency synchronization motion. The experimental results further demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed vibration system, which not only has important reference value for the invention of vibrating screens in the petroleum industry, but also promotes the development of other vibration machines.

Synchronization and stability of a far-resonant vibrating system with three rollers driven by two vibrators

Xueliang Zhang et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the synchronization and stability of a far-resonant vibrating system, providing criteria for synchronization and proving that the stability of synchronous states complies with the Routh-Hurwitz principle. Numerical analysis reveals the coupling dynamic characteristics of the system, showing that ideal stability can be achieved with proper parameter matching.

Spatial synchronization behavior of vibration system with tri-motor excitation

Pan Fang et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the synchronization mechanism of a spatial vibration system with three motors rotating in the same direction, establishing a dynamic model and exploring synchronization conditions using a small parameter average method. The study introduces Lyapunov equation and Routh-Hurwitz criterion to analyze synchronization stability, discussing the impact of system parameters on synchronization through numerical calculations and electromechanical coupling simulations. Results show that vibration synchronization is influenced by certain parameters, but the horizontal distance between coaxial and non-coaxial motors has minimal effect.
