Temperature and risk of infectious diarrhea: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Mingming Liang et al.

Summary: This study found through systematic review and meta-analysis that an increase in temperature significantly increases the risk of infectious diarrhea. The effect is especially pronounced in the bacterial dysentery and unclassified diarrhea groups, with robust results.
