Nickel foam as conductive substrate enhanced low-crystallinity two-dimensional iron hydrogen phosphate for oxygen evolution reaction

De Wang et al.

Summary: In this study, low-crystallinity 2D morphology iron hydrogen phosphate material was successfully synthesized and used for OER with a low overpotential on nickel foam as a substrate. The results demonstrate that using nickel foam as the substrate enhances the number of active sites and intrinsic activity, achieving high efficiency in practical applications of non-self-supporting electromaterials.

Porous array with CoP nanoparticle modification derived from MOF grown on carbon cloth for effective alkaline hydrogen evolution

Jing Zhan et al.

Summary: Using carbon nanotubes as active binders promotes the growth of metal organic frameworks on carbon fiber cloth, enhancing catalytic activity and stability for hydrogen production. The synergistic interaction of different components in the catalyst contributes to its superior performance, mainly derived from the enhanced electron transfer facilitated by the active binders.
