Adaptive attack-resilient control for Markov jump system with additive attacks

Hangfeng He et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the attack-resilient control problem for Markov jump systems with additive attacks, considering both sensor attacks and actuator attacks. A novel adaptive attack-resilient control strategy based on projection operation and adaptive laws is proposed, ensuring boundedness and stability of system states by combining the adaptive method and tracking control method. The effectiveness of the adaptive attack-resilient control strategy is illustrated through an application example.

Finite-Time L-2-Gain Asynchronous Control for Continuous-Time Positive Hidden Markov Jump Systems via T-S Fuzzy Model Approach

Chengcheng Ren et al.

Summary: This article investigates the finite-time asynchronous control problem for continuous-time positive hidden Markov jump systems using the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model method. The focus is on deriving a suitable controller depending on the observation mode to ensure system boundedness, positivity, and given performance index within a finite time. The feasibility and validity of the main results are demonstrated using a Lotka-Volterra population model.

HMM-based adaptive attack-resilient control for Markov jump system and application to an aircraft model

Hangfeng He et al.

Summary: This paper discusses adaptive attack-resilient control for Markov jump systems, proposing a control technique for handling time-varying attacks on sensors and actuators. The system's asynchronous switching phenomenon is modeled using a hidden markov model (HMM), and the corresponding control strategy is applied to an aircraft model.

Event-triggered sliding mode control of networked control systems with Markovian jump parameters

Xiaojie Su et al.

Summary: This paper focuses on sliding mode control for networked Markovian jump systems with partially-known transition probabilities via an event-triggered scheme. It establishes the mean-square asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system and provides sufficient conditions for co-designing the switching function and trigger parameters, as well as a novel control scheme for handling Markovian jump parameters. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed design schemes.

Asynchronous filtering for nonhomogeneous Markov jumping systems with deception attacks

Yuyan Wu et al.

Summary: This paper addresses the problem of asynchronous filtering for nonhomogeneous Markov jumping systems with deception attacks. Polytopic-structure-based transition probabilities are introduced to describe the nonhomogeneous Markov process. By establishing a Lyapunov functional, a sufficient condition for mean square exponentially stability is obtained, and less conservative asynchronous filters are achieved using a matrix inequality decoupling method. Two examples are presented to demonstrate the validity of the strategy.

HMM-Based Asynchronous Controller Design of Markovian Jumping Lur'e Systems Within a Finite-Time Interval

Rong Nie et al.

Summary: This article discusses the asynchronous control problem for a class of discrete-time Markovian jumping Lur'e systems (MJLSs) over a finite-time interval, where the partial accessibility of system modes is described by a hidden Markov model (HMM). The asynchronous control law consists of two parts, and the finite-time stabilization conditions are derived by selecting an appropriate Lyapunov functional and applying the modified sector condition. The effectiveness of the method is verified through an illustrative simulation.

Nonstationary Control for T-S Fuzzy Markovian Switching Systems With Variable Quantization Density

Jun Cheng et al.

Summary: This article focuses on the nonstationary control of a class of nonlinear Markovian switching systems using the Tagaki-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model, establishing a more general type of T-S fuzzy MSSs by adopting variable quantization density. The developed method includes a multiple hierarchical structure strategy to address nonsynchronization among the original system, controller, and quantizer, covering asynchronous/synchronous mechanisms as special cases. Sufficient conditions are derived and controller gains are designed based on fuzzy-basis-dependent and mode-dependent Lyapunov function, with the feasibility of the results verified through a practical example.
