Finite-time event-triggered H∞ filtering of the continuous-time switched time-varying delay linear systems

Ziyi He et al.

Summary: The paper addresses the finite-time event-triggered H-infinity filtering of the continuous-time switched time-varying delay linear systems. It establishes a filtering error system with augmented switching signal using the merging switching signal technique and addresses asynchronous switching of switched system modes and filter modes using a mode-dependent event-triggered transmission scheme. The sufficient conditions for ensuring the FES is finite-time bounded and has a specified H-infinity performance are given using the average dwell time and multi-Lyapunov functional method, leading to the composition of a finite-time H-infinity filter based on the parameters of the METS. Ultimately, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the study.

Stabilization of Enforced Positive Switched Linear Systems with Bounded Controls

Jinjin Liu

Summary: This paper focuses on the synthesis of controllers for enforced positive switched linear systems via output feedback. The proposed controllers ensure stability and positivity under average dwell time switching signal, with conditions described via linear programming. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the control strategy.

Asynchronous l2 - l∞ filtering of discrete-time impulsive switched systems with admissible edge-dependent average dwell time switching signal

Huiying Liu et al.

Summary: This paper addresses the asynchronous l(2) - l(infinity) filtering problem for discrete-time impulsive switched systems, proposing a novel Lyapunov function and an improved inequality to ensure filtering system performance. Criteria for proving globally uniformly exponential stability using directed graphs and average dwell time technology are suggested. Three numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the conclusions drawn.

STABILITY ANALYSIS FOR STOCHASTIC NEUTRAL SWITCHED SYSTEMS WITH TIME-VARYING DELAY

Huabin Chen et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the input-to-state stochastic stability for neutral switched stochastic delay systems by incorporating multiple Lyapunov-Krasovskii functions, generalized delay integral inequality, and mode-dependent average dwell time, and provides sufficient conditions for two cases. A simulation example is also presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Bumpless Transfer Control for Switched Linear Systems and its Application to Aero-Engines

Yan Shi et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a bumpless transfer control method that guarantees continuous control signal and asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. The method is applicable to stable or unstable subsystems, and to state feedback control or dynamic output feedback control. Hardware-in-the-loop simulation demonstrates the effectiveness and superiority of the method.

Adaptive fuzzy constraint control for switched nonlinear systems in nonstrict feedback form

Li Tang et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the design of adaptive fuzzy controller for a class of switched nonlinear systems. By utilizing Barrier Lypunov function method and backstepping technique, the controller is designed to ensure bounded signals in the closed-loop system, track desired system output, and satisfy constraint conditions for system states. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Input-output Finite-time Stability of Switched Singular Continuous-time Systems

Tian Feng et al.

Summary: This paper addresses the input-output finite-time stability (IO-FTS) problem for a class of switched singular continuous-time systems. The concept of IO-FTS is extended to switched singular systems, and a sufficient stability condition in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) is presented. A state feedback controller is designed based on the derived conditions to stabilize the switched singular systems, and an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
