A capillary driven microfluidic chip for SERS based hCG detection

The method showed high selectivity and accuracy in detecting various proteins, with a regression coefficient of 0.9985 and a limit of detection of 0.61 IU/L. The analysis system developed for target proteins could serve as an alternative to traditional methods such as Western Blot, offering a more cost-effective and time-saving solution.
