Control measure prioritization in Fine - Kinney-based risk assessment: a Bayesian BWM-Fuzzy VIKOR combined approach in an oil station

Muhammet Gul et al.

Summary: The prioritization of control measures in Fine-Kinney-based risk assessment was studied in this research. The importance weights of the criteria affecting the prioritization of control measures were determined by the Bayesian Best-Worst Method, and the priorities of control measures were determined using the fuzzy VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje method. The results provide valuable insights for occupational health and safety analysts.

Bayesian Networks in Environmental Risk Assessment: A Review

Laura Kaikkonen et al.

Summary: This paper reviews the use of Bayesian networks (BNs) in Environmental Risk Assessment (ERA) based on peer-reviewed publications. The review identifies studies where BNs have been utilized in an environmental risk context and evaluates their scope, technical aspects, and use of the models and their results. The review shows that BNs have been increasingly applied in ERA in recent years, suggesting further development in both model implementation and participatory modeling practices.
