Institutional quality also plays a role in degrading environmental quality. Policy implications should focus on encouraging globalization, FDI, and innovation, while also ensuring prudent use of income growth, trade potentials, energy consumption, urbanization, and institution quality for the sake of environmental preservation in Bangladesh.
